The Body is a multifaceted vessel with muscles and bones and tissue and organs and energy! I offer a dynamic approach to massage and bodywork that is multidimensional; incorporating years of experience as a dancer/mover. My extensive study in Pilates, Yoga, and modalities of Massage and Bodywork inform me as a therapist. I am intuitive, intelligent, sensitive and I truly care about helping you to experience a therapeutic difference in the way your body and mind feels before and after each session with me. My goal is your goal: to help make you well.
I'm a helper by nature, and being blessed with the skill and the creativity to be a massage therapist fulfills that part of me that desires to compassionately and sacrificially help you. In in every session I give you my undivided attention and focus to helping you achieve wellness and bring your body back into a state of homeostasis. I come with knowledge, wisdom and understanding of the body and the way it moves and works, and have experience working on people from all walks of life, injuries and debilitating issues. I am dedicated to perfecting my craft and practice to benefit you. I believe in the benefits of massage whole heartedly and I strive, in every session to make you a believer too!
